Festive happenings are kicking into high gear this week with a holiday full of fun in the Omaha-Council Bluffs and Lincoln areas, with events in the coming days ranging from the two-day Holiday Market at Aksarben Village and the KETV Family Festival at venues in downtown Omaha, to Blue Violin and a "Candlelight Christmas Extravaganza" at the Holland Center's Scott Hall and "The Nutcracker" at the Orpheum Theater.
Plus, Sean Brennan is back with a NEW edition of Husker Dispatch; "Yesterday & Today" is at the Slowdown for a holiday run; Iowa's largest arts and craft show is this weekend with the Holiday Arts & Crafts Show at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs; and Dustin Lynch and Scotty McCreery are at the Liberty First Credit Union Arena – all that and lots more fun in this week's edition of The Dispatch.
